Starting in 2016, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the California Dream Act Application (CADAA) will become available on October 1, 2016. Students entering college in fall 2017, can begin submitting their FAFSA on this date.

A few months ago, the State Allocation Board, SAB, authorized school districts to collect Level III Developer Fees. The higher developer fees were approved based on the State Allocation Board’s determination that the state school facilities program was out of funds.
