Defining Equity Exercise:
- Have everyone take two Post-it notes, and write down an “equitable” and “inequitable” moment in his/her professional and/or personal life, one on each note. Share with your team, listening openly to each person's experience.
- Discuss together: If your organization were to articulate a definition of equity, what would it say?
We would love to share this important work with you, whether you're interested in professional training on cultural proficiency, networking with colleagues, writing articles, participating in Twitter chats or all of the above. Contact us to learn more.
