The WalkIn makes observation report writing almost effortless. Follow these steps: 1) take notes during the observation in any way that is comfortable and convenient for you. 2) Decide which elements of the California Standards for the Teaching Profession will be the focus of your report. 3) Open The WalkIn and click on the standard, element, and activities you observed. Select from reflective questions, suggestions, and effective ways to implement the element. 4) Create your report.
