The California Network of School Leadership Coaches began in 2002-03 as an ongoing community of practice composed of individuals engaged in providing individualized coaching and support to beginning school administrators. The Network is both geared toward certification of California leadership coaches and to the continuous development of coaching skills for leadership coaches not seeking certification.
