Inclusive of Strategic Thinking, Planning and Action, STRATEGICS is the standard bearer of excellence for education system planning and transformation. This 4-day certificate training program provides grounding in strategic thinking, training and hands-on practical experience in facilitating a strategic planning process and discipline, including explanation, demonstration and critique, and high leverage strategic action. School districts and communities across the U.S. have used earlier generations of this strategic planning process and discipline – many for over a decade – to yield extraordinary results.

If you have participated in earlier generations of this program as then taught by Bill Cook and associates (strategic planning internal facilitator institute), note that cost has decreased while value has increased. Educational strategic planning is neither a luxury nor an expense. For those education organizations who wish to control their own future while best serving their students and community, it is a necessity. The intent of the Strategics training is to ensure that participants can lead genuine Level II change in their school district or county office – that is, change of the system rather than just change in the system.
