ACSA will work with school districts, consortia, and county offices of education to customize the scheduling and delivery of training for the Administrator Training Program such as:

• Helping coordinate a training for the region.
• Scheduling training according to local needs such as: 1. full days spaced over several weeks or months, 2. Friday afternoon/Saturday all-day sessions, etc.
• Customizing training to meet the needs of the local school districts (district priorities and initiatives, district policies, etc) in order to maximize participants’ opportunity to process and apply research, information, skills and strategies from the training to their school sites.
• Conducting training during the school year or during the summer as suits the local culture and practice.
