April 1 is quickly arriving and with that your Form 700 must be submitted.  Due to events that have occurred throughout the state regarding the misuse of public office, ACSA has partnered with the law firm of Fagen, Friedman and Fulfrost, F3, to assist our members who must file a Form 700 as part of their employment duties.  Click here to review F3’s guidance.  In addition, should you have specific questions that you would like to have addressed, please send them to Laura Preston at lpreston@acsa.org.  We will be conducting a webinar on April 10th regarding the Form 700 and Conflict of Interest.  We will ask the attorneys presenting on the Webinar to answer your questions.  Information on this upcoming webinar will be available soon.
