  ACSA is continuing to work with lawmakers to ensure ROC/P and adult eduction are removed from Tier 3, the highest level of flexibility in categorical funding.
• Secondary Summit rescheduled, discounts available
  The ACSA co-sponsored Secondary Literacy Summit IX scheduled for April has been rescheduled. It will now be held Dec. 2-3 at the Orange County Hilton in Costa Mesa, with a special discount for early registration.
