Budget Perspectives Workshops
ACSA, in partnership with School Innovations & Advocacy and the Small School Districts Association, will once again host a series of Budget Perspectives Workshops around the state to provide education leaders a solid outlook for the current and future budget years.
CEL Institute
event designed for educational leaders in business/fiscal services, human resources/personnel, maintenance/operations, custodial, technology, facilities, student services/instructional, including confidential and administrative assistants.
Collective Bargaining Summits
These collective bargaining summit sessions are being offered to provide information about the challenges faced by the school districts in the current environment, proposed solutions and best practices, and other resources and tools that districts will find helpful.
Management Training Institute
The Management Training Institute, a twelve session institute, offers individuals (both certificated and classified) appropriate experiences and opportunities to learn about and train with management employees at the school site, or district office level.
Negotiator's Symposium
Even in tight budget and fiscal times, there are certain training events and professional development opportunities which should continue as it directly relates to the work we do in schools. The Negotiator Symposium is one of these events.
School Business Academy
The ACSA School Business Academy provides a 100-hour, ten weekend, comprehensive, concentrated curriculum tailored to the unique demands of business management in the education setting.
