These ACSA members work hand-in-hand with the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team. Operated through the Kern County Superintendent of Schools office, FCMAT helps California's local educational agencies fulfill their financial and management responsibilies by providing fiscal advice, management assistance, training and other business services.
