For TLG members staying the night before a TLG meeting, ACSA will reimburse the cost of the following travel expenses (with receipts as appropriate):
- hotel lodging for one night
- travel expenses associated with travel by air or car (see corresponding section)
- dinner (see Travel Expense Claim directions)
It is unusual for TLG members not to be able to leave home and arrive on the same morning in time for the beginning of the TLG meeting. However, a TLG member may live in an area of the state such that it is not possible to make same day travel arrangements. Under these circumstances, and with prior approval of the TLG Chair, a member may make arrangements for reimbursable hotel lodging.
